LP071: NEW - Creating Space for Native Species in Every Landscape
Not every client loves the look of a pollinator or naturalized garden, but there are strategies for enhancing biodiversity in every garden style through soil management and the addition of native plants. During this half day seminar we will look at a number of ways to increase the number of native species, both flora and fauna, in the landscape.
Learning Objectives:
1. Start with the base: strategies for soil analysis and management
2. Analyze existing vegetation: what to keep and what to remove
3. Create a plan: using native species as specimens, borders and ground covers.
