LC063: Chiseled in Stone: An Introduction
This two-day introductory seminar is suitable for those seeking greater insight and skill development in the art of stone masonry.
Topics covered are types of natural flagstone, wallstone, thin stone veneer, wet and dry installations, stone selection and relationship to design, patterns and finishing techniques, and hands on skill to work with natural stone,
Participants can expect to leave the seminar with the basic knowledge and skills required to complete small to medium size projects but not the years of practice required to hone masonry skills.

Participants are required to bring: personal protective equipment, including: work boots, gloves, eye and hearing protection, particulate mask, etc., a 2-3 lb. steel mallet, one splitting chisel and one facing chisel
