You will learn how to design of an on-going maintenance program, budget the costs of your project, as well as perform common maintenance procedures. This course also includes information vital to diagnosing and mitigating green roof maintenance problems and provides the tools necessary for developing contracts and inspection reports. A 100+ page hard-copy reference manual is included, CEC's are approved by a variety of association programs.
