One of the best ways to show your staff you care about their future is by providing Professional Development through Apprenticeship. Utilizing the Canadian Apprenticeship Service (CAS) Grant funding lets you support your top staff’s career growth while also increasing your bottom line.

Financial Incentives include:
$5,000 per apprentice per year for a max of two Level 1 apprentices per employer

$10,000 per apprentice per year for a max of two Level 1 apprentices if the apprentice identifies as being from an underrepresented group.
