We are pleased to announce the return of Landscape Ontario’s GROW Program. All training programs are provided free of charge!
The GROW program features three targeted training opportunities: The New Entrant Training Program, The Incumbent Worker Training Program, and The Employers of Choice Program.
The New Entrant Worker Training Program prepares participants for entry-level positions in the landscape and horticultural sector with four weeks of skills training and a two-week paid workplace trial. Register for an online info session to learn more.

The Incumbent Worker Training Program provides professional development to current workers nominated by their employer. All successful nominees receive foundational supervisory, compulsory health and safety compliance training and an individualized development plan with an assigned budget to fulfil those training goals that is developed in coordination with their employer. The program is delivered online for an hour a week for 14 weeks.
