As your registration includes access to Congress Connect Virtual Marketplace, your login details would have come from no-reply@conexsys.com with the Congress Connect Logo on it and the email subject line: CONGRESS CONNECT 2021 Virtual Access Code. This gives you access to the platform for everything. If you cannot find your login email, please search your junk/spam filter. Please see below for a image of what this email looks like. | ||

SET UP YOUR PROFILE You should have received an email with login details to access the Congress Connect Platform this week. If you did not receive your email, please contact support@conexsys.com. The first thing you will want to do is go to 'My Account' and click on 'My Profile'. In this area you can set up your Congress Connect Profile. You can add a picture, your contact information, your social media handles and set up your notification settings. |

| HOW TO VIEW SESSIONS LIVE & ON-DEMAND
Once you gain access to the platform, you need to confirm that the sessions you wish to view are in your 'Agenda'. Under 'My Account', click on 'My Agenda' to see what sessions you have chosen. If any sessions are missing, simply find the session listing under "Conferences". Click on the session you wish to view and click '+Register and Add to Agenda'. You will be able to view these sessions as many times as you want throughout the year.
