Awards of Excellence - 2021 Ceremony What You Need To Know

The Awards of Excellence Ceremony will be a live broadcast. This means you will need a good Internet connection and the latest version of your browser downloaded (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.) For optimal viewing, please do not use Internet Explorer.

LIVE CHAT FUNCTION
There is a Live Chat function available while viewing the Awards so you can chat with your peers, congratulate the winners or take selfies of your reaction to winning! In order to participate in the Live Chat, you must set up a chat account. It's a simple step process we encourage you to do prior to watching the awards so you are all set to go at start time.

Click 'login' in the top right corner
Go to 'Create an Account'
Complete the steps
You are good to chat!

TROUBLESHOOTING
When you first arrive at LOAwards.com you will need to 'unmute' the video screen. This can be done by hovering your mouse over the video and clicking the speaker icon. You will hear music playing when unmuted.

If your screen freezes while viewing, refresh your screen by Ctrl + R keys for a Windows computer or Command + R for a Mac. If you refresh your screen, you will have to click to 'unmute' again. If you miss any part of the show, it will be available ON-DEMAND as of February 5, 2021.
