Fusion Landscape Professional (FLP) program registration deadline approaching

Landscape Ontario, in partnership with the Region of Peel and the Regional Municipality of York, have developed the Fusion Landscape Professional (FLP) certification program. The program provides experienced landscape designers and architects, construction and maintenance contractors with the tools and knowledge to provide landscape services that utilize residential lot-level stormwater.  

Stormwater management, low impact development or 'Fusion landscaping', mimics natural processes that result in the infiltration of rainwater runoff into the ground, improving water quality and reducing the load on stormwater infrastructure.
 

• You provide landscape design, construction and/or maintenance services


• You are looking for solutions to provide your clients with asset protection and flood mitigation


• You want to stay up-to-date with a changing market and provide yourself with new business opportunities


• You are interested in doing your part to reduce stormwater runoff by utilizing rain where it falls


• If you operate in the Region of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon) and/or York Region (Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, King, Whitchurch-Stouffville, East Gwillimbury, Georgina) - you may be eligible to attend the Region sponsored training at no cost
