That Landscape Ontario's Snow & Ice Sector Group has been working for regulatory change with the provincial government to balance the level of liability that snow and ice management contractors shoulder.
The Landscape Ontario Snow & Ice Sector Group has created a training and accreditation program to demonstrate that you are skilled experts in the field, to create a level playing field for professional snow and ice management companies, and to create an environment of learning and professional development within the sector.
On this note, Landscape Ontario is planning to deliver a Snow & Ice Level 1 program to a group of job seekers this fall. We are seeking proposals from training providers who can license their accredited course for us to deliver.
