Jacqui Teske
Senior Manager at MNP, Assurance and Accounting

 

Jacqui Teske is a Senior Manager in MNP's Audit and Assurance group, serving the Southwestern Ontario Region. With over a decade of experience in public accounting, Jacqui delivers comprehensive audit, assurance, and compliance services, working with both corporations and not-for-profit organizations across a diverse range of industries.

 

In addition to providing assurance services, Jacqui partners with owner-managed businesses to deliver tailored advisory solutions. Her expertise helps clients navigate complex compliance challenges, minimize risks, and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiencies. Jacqui's experience spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, transportation, landscape construction, finance, tourism, and the not-for-profit sector.

 

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Finance and a Diploma in Accounting. She earned her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2017.

Jeff Rozema
Director at MNP, Corporate Finance

 

Jeff is a Director based out of MNP’s London office. Jeff works closely with publicly-listed and privately-owned businesses on providing financial and strategic advice when it comes to M&A transactions and corporate strategy. Jeff has diverse corporate finance experience that includes buy-side, sell-side, and financing mandates across a wide variety of industries.
 
Prior to joining MNPCF, Jeff was a Manager with a firm in London, where he supported a broad range of privately-owned businesses throughout southern Ontario by providing business valuation, corporate finance, and value creation services. Jeff’s diverse experience enables him to provide high quality advice to help entrepreneurs achieve their strategic objectives.

Jeff is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree with a specialization in Finance and Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
